Water flow is controlled by the two crosshead taps. These are clearly identified with HOT and COLD in black letters on the white background of the porcelain centres. The taps have a smooth precise quarter-turn action to give you easy control over the mixing of your ideal water temperature for a perfect bath. The ceramic disc valves are extremely reliable and hard-wearing, and they will never allow your taps to drip. The water descends into the tub through a beautifully curved and widely flared spout which extends out 19-cm.
The body of this Edwardian style bath filler has a solid brass construction to ensure a long and trouble-free working life and it conforms to BS EN 200 standard. The metal handles, top-end materials and fine craftsmanship make this an exceptionally reliable and high-performance addition to your bathroom. This mixer tap can be installed in all plumbing systems with a water pressure range between 0.2 and 8-bar. The curvaceous inlet tubes give you an adjustment range of 1-2-cm to make fitting simple and the inlet connections are ¾-inch BSP.
This bath filler is Chrome plated to BS EN 248, which means that it will keep its bright shiny look for many years. Just wipe it over with a dry cloth after use to stop the build-up of soap residues and hard water marks.
